Free Printable Short Stories Reading Journal

SEE WHAT IS INSIDE

Four pages, one lovely project.

How to use this set

Choose your paper size, personalize the fields if you like, then download the complete four-page PDF. Print at actual size or 100%, one page per sheet. Ordinary paper works for writing pages; use heavier paper for cards and tags if your printer supports it. Trim cards along their outer borders. There are no fold-dependent pieces in this kit.

Free for personal projects and handmade gifts. Please link to this page instead of redistributing the PDF files. Read the printing guide.

A useful way to start

Use the questions as invitations, not a scorecard. Choose one finished short stories title, add the title and author, and write a specific example from the book for each answer. Leave any question blank if it does not fit your reading.

Is it really free?

Yes. The complete kit is free. You do not need to register, provide an email address or interact with an advertisement.

Can I use it in another year?

Yes. These sets are undated; the optional year field is editable.
