From screen to paper.

Pick the size your printer uses

US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Each kit comes in both sizes. Choose the matching paper in the editor and in your printer settings.

Add your own words

The name, optional year and closing note fields change the relevant pages. Not every page has a closing note. On cover templates, you can also add a PNG or JPEG photo up to 8 MB. It stays in this browser tab and is included only in your downloaded PDF.

Download the whole kit

The main button saves all four pages together. The plain A4 and US Letter links work without the editor or JavaScript. PDFs include editable text fields; many PDF readers can fill them too.

Print without clipping

Use actual size or 100%, one page per sheet, and turn off browser headers and footers. Designs keep writing and trimming areas at least 0.5 inches from the sheet edge. For a printer with larger margins, use Fit instead. Print a single page first before printing several copies.

Choose your paper

Ordinary paper works for logs, journals and letters. For cards or tags, use heavier paper only if your printer supports it. Cut on the outer rectangular border; use a ruler and take care with sharp tools. These kits do not require exact-size folding or adhesive.

Keep the useful part

You never need to click an ad, enable notifications or install an app to get a template. Advertising is clearly labeled, optional and separate from the download controls.
